The 12 week sweat.

If you are reading this than I know you would love to lose body fat, improve your health and increase your fitness all at once but you either don’t have the knowledge or don’t have the motivation to do it (or both!).

I believe with the right knowledge and hard work, anyone can achieve great things.

The 12 Week Sweat is aimed at creating a healthy lifestyle incorporating exercise, nutrition, education and motivational training as one package. Through this program I can guarantee you will lose body fat, improve your health and increase your fitness all at once.

Requirements - Must have access to a minimum of a barbell, squat rack, weight plates, dumbbells, kettle-bells and rower.
The program will be personalised to your individual goals, available equipment and abilities.


So, what do you get?

12 Weeks of personalised training that hits every angle. The program will involve strength training, aerobic training, movement training, core training, circuit training and the list goes on. You will never be bored!

You will be required to train 4 x 1 hour sessions each week, this can be adjusted to suit your availability and lifestyle.

  • Week 8-11 Build The Base
  • Week 12 Retest

What about nutrition? 

​Don’t worry we have that covered too! 

Gorilla Fitness has teamed up with Bite Into Life Nutrition to provide you with everything you need on your journey. There will be a meal plan and educational material supplied with the program and the option to go fully personalised at a discounted rate with our dietitian.
